- Penne pasta – 12 ounces
- Baby spinach – 1 pound
- Crumbled feta – 12 ounces
- Crème fraîche – 7.5 ounces or sour cream
- Kosher salt
- Plain yogurt – 6 ounces
- Grated Parmesan – 2/3 cup
- Olive oil
- Black pepper – Freshly ground
1. While the baking dish (9X13) inches, preheat your oven up to 375°F.
2. In a large boiling pot take salt water that needs to cook the pasta according to the directions of al dente. If the pasta is slightly undercooked, so it’s the best. Drain it then.
