  1. 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast when it’s cut into 1-inch pieces
  2. 2 cups marinara sauce
  3. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  4. 2 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  5. 1 cup parmesan or romano cheese when they are shredded or grated
  6. 1 box gluten free penne pasta 12oz
  7. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  8. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  9. 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  10. 1 tsp garlic powder
  11. 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  12. 1/2 bunch fresh basil when it’s chopped (for garnish)

How to Make One Pot Chicken Recipe?

  1. Use a Dutch oven and when it’s medium heat, add olive oil and butter.
  2. Add chicken, garlic, salt, and pepper when butter melts.
  3. Now, stir infrequently until chicken is just done.
  4. Next, put the broth, penne, and marinara sauce and then stir all ingredients together.
  5. You have to bring to a simmer, then lower heat slightly. Here, you must cook for either 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
