Shrimp Scampi Pasta

This is an easy recipe taking 40 minutes of preparation and serving 511 calories. The main ingredients are shrimp and pasta.


  1. One pack of linguine pasta
  2. Two tablespoons of butter
  3. Two tablespoons olive oil
  4. Two shallots (diced)
  5. Garlic – two cloves (minced)
  6. Red pepper – one pinch
  7. One pound of shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
  8. Kosher salt – one pinch
  9. Ground pepper
  10. Lemon juice
  11. Quarter cup of parsley leaves


  1. Cook linguine in salted boiled water until tender.
  2. Melt two tablespoons of butter in a skillet and cook shallots, pepper, and garlic on medium heat. Mix kosher salt and black pepper to shrimp and pour into skillet and make brown. Remove from heat when done.
  3. Now melt two spoons of butter and stir with olive oil and simmer. Mix shrimp, parsley, and linguine well until coated well. At last sprinkle salt, black pepper.

Serve warm.
