Ingredients

  • Frying chicken – 1, cut up.
  • Sesame seeds – 3 tbsp.
  • Flour – 1/4 cup.
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp.
  • Pepper – 1/4 tsp.
  • Onion – 1 small, chopped.
  • Salad oil – 1/4 cup.
  • Stalks celery – 2, chopped.
  • Chicken bouillon cubes – 1, crumbled.
  • Dry white wine – 1/2 cup.
  • Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp.
  • Cornstarch – 1/4 cup.
  • Sour cream – 1 cup.
  • Water – 1/4 cup.

Directions

Cover chicken while making the mixture of salt, pepper, sesame seeds and flour.
Since heat and make the chicken brown in oil, use a slow cooking pot or a large skillet.
And then add wine, onion, celery, garlic powder and bouillon cubes which need to cook for 6 – 8 hours with low cook.
If you make the control higher, remove chicken while it’s shallow dish with warm.
Take the cornstarch to dissolve with stirring into pot that needs to cook for 15 minutes on high.
While turning ‘Off’ heat, mix in sour cream. Tip sauce on the chicken and serve while it hot.
