Ingredients Needed

  • 3 to 4 pieces Crusts removed bread that’s day-old. When it’s thicker, then use only 2 piece slices.
  • ½ Kg ground beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (55 grams). Take fresh and grated ones.
  • 1 gram or, 1 teaspoon parsley.
  • 1 gram or 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 gram or 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ gram salt
  • 1 garlic-minced clove.
  • Olive oil about 15 ml or 2 tablespoons

Get These for Sauce

  • 26 ml olive oil.
  •  450-gram tomato puree.
  • 1 gram basil
  • 1 garlic chopped clove.
  • 2½  gram or ½ Teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ gram oregano
  • 590 ml water.

Instructions to Prepare

Soak your bread in a small bowl for 2/3 minutes. Then take the moisture out and tear into some small pieces. In another medium-sized bowl, mix the bread along with other ingredients without olive oil and the sauce ingredients. Now, make them all mixed up well. Make the meatballs in small sizes. You can make it similar to the golf ball size. Put olive oil or 2 tablespoons in a medium-sized frying pan to make brown meatballs its all around. When the meatballs are going to be brown, in another medium-sized pan, put all the sauce ingredients. Stir them until they’re well mixed.

Now, add the meatballs that are browned. Heat them to boil over a medium heat. Then, make the heat medium-lower for 20 minutes with cover. And then, change the heat to medium and uncovered the pan 1/3 part and keep it another 20 minutes to get a thickened sauce. Here are your meatballs. Your family recipe for Italian food is ready.
