1.Grated carrots – two cups
2.Cilantro – half cup (chopped)
3.Peanuts – one tablespoon (crushed)
4.Lemon juice – two teaspoons
5.White sugar – one teaspoon
6.Salt – half teaspoon
7.Cilantro – sprigs (for decoration)
- Take a bowl and put carrot, cilantro, and peanuts, toss and stir.
- Now mix sugar and salt into lemon juice and put into carrot mixture.
- Leave aside and allow 10 to 15 minutes to dissolve the salt and sugar.
- Finally, decorate with cilantro.
