Indian Easy Carrot Salad

This Carrot Salad takes only a few minutes to prepare. You need 15 to 20 minutes to complete the whole preparation. The mixture serves 41 calories.

1.Grated carrots – two cups
2.Cilantro – half cup (chopped)
3.Peanuts – one tablespoon (crushed)
4.Lemon juice – two teaspoons
5.White sugar – one teaspoon
6.Salt – half teaspoon
7.Cilantro – sprigs (for decoration)


  1. Take a bowl and put carrot, cilantro, and peanuts, toss and stir.
  2. Now mix sugar and salt into lemon juice and put into carrot mixture.
  3. Leave aside and allow 10 to 15 minutes to dissolve the salt and sugar.
  4. Finally, decorate with cilantro.

Now serve on table
