Ingredients Needed

  • Olive oil- 1 teaspoon
  • Ground chicken- 1 pound
  • Garlic Minced 2 cloves
  • White onion- 1, small & diced
  • Hoisin Sauce- ¼ Cup
  • Soya sauce- 2 tablespoons
  • Rice Wine Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
  • Freshly grated ginger- 1 tablespoon
  • Sriracha- 1 teaspoon
  • Water chestnuts- 8-ounce (1 can), sliced and drained
  • Green onion- 2 with sliced thin.
  • Ground Black Pepper and Kosher salt to taste
  • Lettuce- 1 head butter

Instructions to Prepare

At first, add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the non-stick skillet with the ground chicken. In the medium heat, crumble and cook them to make it browned. Drain it with any good fat. Stir hoisin, onion, garlic, rice wine vinegar, soya sauce, Sriracha, and ginger. Make them translucent, stirring 1 to 2 minutes. Mix green onion and chestnuts till to tender for 2 minutes. And then, season them with pepper and salt to make tasty. Add some tablespoons this mixture to the lettuce leaf’s center. Serve and taste it immediately.
